Bike allocation and briefing will take place on Day 3 in Manali before starting the expedition.
A valid Driving License (MCWG) is mandatory for riders.
This expedition covers some of the world's highest motorable roads, including Baralacha La, Khardung La, and Umling La.
Proper acclimatization is essential due to extreme altitude variations.
Carry thermal wear, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain gear, and personal medicines.
Fuel stations are limited in Hanle, Pangong, Tso Moriri, and remote regions.
Mobile network connectivity is limited in several parts of Ladakh.
Weather and road conditions may affect the itinerary.
Riders should wear proper riding gear throughout the expedition.
Inner Line Permits are mandatory and included in the package.
Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol during the initial days of the journey.
Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:
More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount
45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount
30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount
Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 15 days before the date of booking
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted
