Bike allocation and briefing will be conducted on Day 2 after acclimatization.
A valid Driving License (MCWG) is mandatory for riders.
Carry original government-issued photo ID proof.
Acclimatization on Day 1 is extremely important due to high altitude.
Keep yourself hydrated throughout the trip.
Mobile connectivity is limited in Nubra Valley and Pangong regions.
Weather conditions in Ladakh can change rapidly and may impact routes.
Carry warm clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and personal medicines.
Riding gear such as jackets, gloves, knee guards, and riding boots is highly recommended.
Follow road captain instructions and local traffic rules during the ride.
Optional adventure activities are chargeable extra.
Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:
More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount
45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount
30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount
Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 15 days before the date of booking
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
