- Keep essential personal medicines, motion sickness tablets, and basic first aid with you.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed
✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking
🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared
🕒 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:
More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount
45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount
30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount
Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 15 days before the date of booking
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
- Political unrest or strikes
- Government restrictions or regulations
In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
